Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain how LinksBuilderHub provides SEO, guest posting, editorial outreach and link-building services. Please review the terms below before requesting a quotation, placing an order or using this website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of LinksBuilderHub and the services we provide. In these terms, “LinksBuilderHub,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to our business. “You” and “client” refer to any person or organisation visiting our website, requesting a quotation or purchasing our services.
1. Agreement to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the general terms for accessing our website and engaging our services. A quotation, invoice, campaign brief or separate written agreement may contain additional terms for a particular project. Where a valid project-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the agreed project-specific terms will apply to that project to the extent of the conflict.
You are responsible for reading the applicable terms before approving a campaign or making payment. Please contact us if anything in a quotation or service description is unclear.
2. SEO Services and Scope of Work
LinksBuilderHub provides search optimisation and digital marketing services according to the scope agreed with each client. Depending on the selected service, the work may include:
- Guest posting services and editorial outreach.
- Manual link building and contextual link opportunities.
- Blogger outreach and publisher research.
- On-page SEO recommendations and keyword research.
- SEO audits, competitor analysis and technical reviews.
- Content planning and agreed editorial writing.
- Other SEO or outreach services expressly included in a proposal.
Each project has its own deliverables, pricing, requirements and estimated timeline. A service mentioned on our website is not automatically included in every package. The approved quotation or written project scope determines the work we have agreed to provide.
3. Quotations, Orders and Approvals
Before work begins, we may ask for your website URL, target pages, business niche, target countries, preferred keywords, anchor text and other information relevant to your campaign. You must provide accurate information so that we can assess the requested work.
Where publisher pre-approval is part of the agreed service, we will share the relevant available details for your review before the applicable placement proceeds. Approval requirements, revision limits and campaign milestones will depend on the proposal.
Changes to approved URLs, content, anchor text, publisher targets or other requirements may affect the delivery schedule or price. Additional work may require a revised quotation and your approval.
4. Pricing and Payments
The price, payment schedule and accepted payment method will be communicated in the relevant quotation, invoice or written agreement. You agree to pay the charges that you have approved within the stated payment period.
Unless expressly stated in writing, a quotation does not include extra services, additional revisions, third-party charges or work outside the agreed scope. We will communicate material additional charges for approval before proceeding where reasonably possible.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details. The available cancellation or refund options depend on the work already completed, costs already incurred, the status of third-party publisher arrangements and any refund terms agreed for your order.
Completed work and placements already published by third parties may not be refundable unless the applicable written agreement provides otherwise or a refund is required by law. We will review genuine delivery concerns on a case-by-case basis and explain the available options.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Guest Posting and Third-Party Publishers
Guest posting and outreach services can involve independent publishers, website owners, editors and external platforms. Their acceptance decisions, editorial requirements, publishing schedules and ongoing website policies are not fully controlled by LinksBuilderHub.
We will provide the deliverables described in your agreed scope. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, we do not promise that every pitch will be accepted, that a publisher will publish by a specific date, or that a third-party page will remain available indefinitely.
Published links may be edited, removed or assigned different link attributes by publishers. Any replacement warranty, time limit, eligibility conditions or remedy applies only where it is expressly included in the terms agreed for the relevant order.
Clients must ensure that supplied content, claims, images, trademarks and destination pages can lawfully be used and meet the applicable publisher requirements.
7. Quality Standards and Responsible Outreach
We aim to assess publisher relevance, editorial context, content standards and available website information when planning outreach. Third-party metrics such as Domain Authority and Domain Rating are estimates from external providers and should not be treated as official search engine scores.
We do not knowingly promise that a particular metric alone establishes the quality or suitability of a publisher. The exact assessment criteria depend on the campaign brief and information available at the time of review.
Paid or sponsored placements may require disclosures or link
attributes such as rel="sponsored" or
rel="nofollow", depending on the arrangement and
applicable platform policies. We do not promise that every
placement will be a dofollow link regardless of publisher
requirements.
8. SEO Results and No Ranking Guarantees
Search visibility depends on multiple factors, including website quality, technical health, content, competition, search engine updates and actions taken by third parties. For that reason, LinksBuilderHub does not guarantee specific Google rankings, indexing outcomes, organic traffic levels, leads, sales or revenue.
Any examples, estimates, forecasts or illustrative data are provided for context only and are not promises of future results. Third-party SEO metrics may change without notice and may differ between tools.
Search engines control their own systems and policies. We cannot guarantee that a search engine will index a page, retain a link or rank a website in a particular position.
9. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and working target URLs.
- Ensure that supplied materials may lawfully be used.
- Review proposals, drafts and approval requests promptly.
- Pay approved invoices in line with the agreed payment terms.
- Ensure your website and supplied content comply with applicable laws.
- Respond to reasonable questions needed to complete the agreed work.
Delayed approvals, missing information or changes to the brief may affect the project timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property and Content
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, materials and proprietary processes. Clients must have the necessary rights or permissions for content and assets supplied to us.
You permit us to use supplied materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services. Ownership and permitted use of newly created articles, reports or other deliverables will follow the terms of the applicable quotation or written agreement.
Content published on third-party websites may also be subject to the publisher’s own rights, editorial rules and terms.
11. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You must use our website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to systems, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.
We may decline a request or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct or a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
12. External Websites and Services
Our website may link to third-party websites, publishers, tools or platforms. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability and security practices.
We do not control all external websites and are not responsible for changes to their content, policies, availability or services. You should review their terms and privacy information before choosing to use them.
13. Privacy and Communications
We may use the information you provide, including your name, business email, website URL and project details, to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services and communicate about your order.
For more information about personal information handling, please read our Privacy Policy. For privacy-related questions, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinksBuilderHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or expected search visibility.
We are not responsible for decisions or actions taken independently by search engines, publishers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow such exclusion or limitation.
15. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal obligations. When updated, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date where appropriate. Please review this page periodically for changes.
16. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law and any valid written agreement governing the relevant project. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through reasonable, good-faith communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the available legal process and jurisdiction will be determined by applicable law.
